Notice: Import Information For EU Customers

 

For Purchases Made Between 01/07/2025 - 01/09/2025

Shipments to Netherlands:

​

PLEASE NOTE - Due to current legal requirements, all purchases shipped to The Netherlands are currently shipped DDU. This means that the purchaser will be contacted upon the orders arrival in the country and will be responsible for paying the 21% VAT and approximate 12% import and duties fees before the shipment is released to them from customs. We will be changing this process starting in August. If you have questions or require any assistance, please reach out at anytime to contact@oysterofalexandra.com

 

Verzendingen naar Nederland:

LET OP - Vanwege de huidige wettelijke vereisten worden alle aankopen die naar Nederland worden verzonden momenteel DDU verzonden. Dit betekent dat de koper bij aankomst van de bestelling in het land wordt gecontacteerd en verantwoordelijk is voor de betaling van de 21% btw en circa 12% invoerrechten voordat de zending door de douane wordt vrijgegeven. We zullen dit proces vanaf augustus aanpassen. Als u vragen heeft of hulp nodig heeft, kunt u altijd contact opnemen met contact@oysterofalexandra.com

Lieferungen nach Deutschland:

 

BITTE BEACHTEN: Aufgrund der aktuellen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen werden alle Bestellungen nach Deutschland derzeit per DDU-Versand versendet. Das bedeutet, dass der Käufer nach Eintreffen der Bestellung im Land kontaktiert wird und für die Zahlung der 19 % Mehrwertsteuer sowie der ca. 12 % Einfuhr- und Zollgebühren verantwortlich ist, bevor die Sendung vom Zoll freigegeben wird. Processing Time


All garments are made to order. Please allow up to 10-20 business days of processing time in addition to the quoted shipping time. This timeline may vary slightly during periods of high demand, in which case we will communicate any delays.

 

Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to:
United States, Netherlands, Germany, Australia and New Zealand with plans to expand in the near future.


We are unable to fulfill orders outside of these countries at this time due to business registration and import compliance requirements.

 

Shipping Costs & Methods


We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders with shipping times calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected. All packages are shipped with tracking and require adult signature upon delivery. All duties and customs are handled by us (unless shipping is within the EU. See notice above). If you receive any notifications regarding customs delays or invoices, please contact us promptly at contact@oysterofalexandra.com.

 

Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These vary by destination and all associated costs will be added to your purchase total and will be clearly displayed at checkout (unless shipping is within the EU. See notice above). All duties and customs processing will then be handled by us (unless shipping is within the EU. See notice above). If you receive any direct notifications regarding customs delays or received any outside invoices for these services, please contact us promptly at contact@oysterofalexandra.com.

 

Delivery Time Estimates (After Production)

 

  • North America: 2-3 business days

  • Europe: 2-3 business days

  • Oceania: 4-8 business days

 

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or courier delays.

 

Undeliverable Packages


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages


Once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
