2. Eligibility
To make purchases from our site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
3. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice. Each piece is crafted in small quantities and may not be restocked.
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device’s display is fully precise.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [Insert Currency] and exclude shipping, customs, duties, and taxes unless otherwise noted.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order placement.
International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or import taxes based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping
We currently offer shipping to a select list of countries. At checkout, eligible destinations will appear. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately do not offer shipping there at this time.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues.
Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery confirmation.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order and bespoke nature of our garments, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
If your order arrives with a fault, please notify us at contact@oysterofalexandra.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the problem and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We can assure that if fault is found and replacement or refund is agreed upon, any return and/or replacement shipping deemed necessary by us in order to complete this replacement or refund will be taken care of by us.
All sales are final once production has begun.

7. Bespoke Services
By requesting a bespoke or custom design, you agree to a collaborative process. All bespoke pieces are made to order, based on individual discussion, and are final sale. We reserve the right to decline commissions that fall outside our design aesthetic or capacity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, design, logo, and product photography—is the intellectual property of Alexandra (Oyster of Peitho LLC) and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or violate the rights of others. You may not interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to access restricted areas.
